Bug: Special characters in Leads names do not carry over to copy.

I'm from Sweden, and we use some special characters in our alphabet. "Å Ä Ö å ä ö".

Unfortunately, these gets converted into "a a o" in the name. At least in the copy preview.
For example, "Håkan", becomes "Hakan".
