Step 1: Sign up for an account
Visit Luna.ai's website and sign up for an account:

Step 2: Create your first playbook
Create your first playbook based on what you're trying to achieve
Provide Luna.ai with as much relevant information as possible about the leads you'd want to target
Customize your writing instructions in our AI Training Zone to tailor your messaging to your leads
Configure your settings (e.g. Luna's creativity, number of follow-ups, etc.)
Step 3: Configure your email address and DNS settings in your email tab
To ensure optimal deliverability and prevent your emails from being marked as spam, configure your DNS settings according to Luna.ai's recommendations.
Follow the instructions provided in the Luna.ai app or consult the following article for guidance on setting up your DNS records.
Step 4: Invite your teammates to your workspace (or add profiles)
Use Luna.ai's invite function to add your teammates' email addresses. Your teammates should accept the invite and go through the onboarding proces
You can also add secondary addresses; You can add as many email addresses as you want.
Connect your additional email addresses here by clicking on "+ Add accounts":
Select the provider you're using:

Add your email signature
To add a signature to each profile, follow the steps here:
You can include a link to your website or any other relevant information in the signature.
Uploading your own leads
If you have your own list of leads you'd like to use, Luna.ai can handle that too!
Upload a list containing first names, last names, and websites, and Luna.ai will find the email addresses for you.

Forwarding incoming replies
Replies are automatically forwarded to the owner of the email account. You can change the owner via the email accounts screen.
Reporting
To track the number of people contacted, emails sent, replies, and optional open rates, visit the "Reports" screen. You can filter on both email accounts and playbooks.
