Is MailForge.ai a problem ? Have received Zero Response

I have recently started using mailforge.ai and since the time i am using mail forge, I have not received a single response ? What could be the issue ?

I checked, Email health is fine but if you see attach reports, You can see that bounce rate is high and also zero response. Please check and let me know the issue
